Synapse provides performance-marketing services, including campaign strategy, setup, optimisation and reporting. The scope of each engagement is set out in a written proposal agreed by both sides.

Engagements and billing
Fees, billing periods and payment terms are stated in your proposal. Invoices are due by the date shown on them, and ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms unless we agree otherwise.

You keep ownership of your accounts, audiences and customer data. You give us the access we need to run your campaigns and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Intellectual property
Creative, copy and reports made for you become yours once the related fees are paid. We keep ownership of our own tools, methods and templates, and give you the right to use any we deliver as part of the work.

Results and liability
We work to improve your performance, but we cannot promise specific results because outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the period set out in your proposal.

Either side may end an engagement with the notice period stated in the proposal. On ending, we hand over account access and any finished work, and you pay for work already done.
